This issue occurs because of an Outlook setting that blocks clicking on links sent in emails from external sources. To resolve this, you can take the following steps:
1. Contact your IT department to see if they have a trusted list and if they can add emails from Cintoo Cloud to that list.
2. Another solution is to copy the link from the email into your web browser and test if it works.
