Upload 2D CAD Files from Local Hard Disk

Follow these steps to import DWG files that only contain 2D CAD lines (no 3D geometry) from local hard drive to Cintoo projects. 

• Permission Upload and Download Documents must be attributed to user's role in order to proceed with the following steps.

1. Open Cintoo project in which a model needs to be uploaded, and navigate to the desired work zone, or create a new work zone by clicking Add and then Work Zone on the top right.

2. Click Upload models button or select Upload models from local disk from drop-down Add menu on the top right side of the screen.

 
3. To upload a DWG file that only contains 2D CAD lines (no 3D geometry) from local hard drive, drag and drop files or click to select file location. Selected files will appear in the list, click Upload to begin the transfer. Once file is ready to view in Cintoo an email notification is sent.
