Move a Project to Another Cintoo Subscription

This article covers the steps to move an existing Cintoo project from one Cintoo subscription to another Cintoo subscription.

• You must be an existing Administrator on the Cintoo account to do the following steps.
• The Cintoo subscription that contains the project to be transferred and the Cintoo subscription where the project needs to be transferred to must be under the same Cintoo account (i.e. both Cintoo subscriptions must be listed under Administration > Subscriptions > Plans List in order to do the following steps.)
  

1. Go to Administration > Subscriptions.

2. Under "Projects," hover your mouse cursor over the project to be moved, and click "Edit Project Details." 

 3. In the Edit Project dialogue window, click the drop-down menu under "Plan," select the subscription where the project should be moved to, and click Update.

• "Scans left" in the destination subscription must be greater than the Scan Count of the project being moved.

4. The project will now be moved to the desired subscription.
