Stop and Resume an Import Session

Closing out of Cintoo Connect while an import session is still in progress allows you to stop the import process and resume at another time.

Stopping and resuming an import session is available for Terrestrial Laser Scanner, Indoor Mobile Scanner, Drone, and 360 Image uploads.

Follow the steps below to stop and resume an import session in Cintoo Connect.

1. For the current import session in progress, take note of the Project and Work Zone listed under "Destination" in Cintoo Connect. This information will be required in order to resume the import process later (see Step 4).

2. Click the "X" button in Cintoo Connect.

3. A dialog window will appear to confirm the import session is still in progress. Click "Yes" to stop the import process and close out of Cintoo Connect.

4. To resume the import process, open the Cintoo Project and Work Zone that was listed in Step 1, and choose any Upload option from the drop-down menu to re-launch Cintoo Connect.

5. Cintoo Connect will launch with a dialogue confirming the previous import session was found. Click "Resume" to continue the import from where the process left off.
