Discover the Application

Following this article, get to know Cintoo VR Experience application, log into Cintoo account and tenant. 

1. Install application called Cintoo VR Experience, following standard installation procedure.
2. Launch application by double clicking CintooVRExperience.exe.
   
   Note: it’s possible that Windows protected you PC dialogue appears, click More info and click Run anyway
   
   Starting menu with options to sign in with a Cintoo account, choose a Targeted tenant, choose Visual quality and set up Controllers configuration will be displayed: 
   
3. Define Targeted tenant. By default, tenant is aec.cintoo.com even if the field is empty.
   

   
   

   • For EU tenant, type “aec.cintoo.com” or "eu.cintoo.cloud” 
   • For US tenant, type “us.cintoo.cloud” 
   • For custom tenant, type “[company name].cintoo.cloud
     
     Note: if not sure which tenant to choose go to Cintoo in browser and check the link.
     
     
4. Set Visual quality that fits best your needs
   

   
   

   • Best for close-up visualization - close-up elements will be sharp and crisp, but elements above 4-5 meters will be less well stabilized, giving a sense of vibration. Best for precise close-up inspections.  
   • Best for mid-range visualization - best for large inspections. Less crisp and sharp, but more stabilized and no vibration feeling.
     
     
5. Choose Controllers configuration
   
   • Right-handed
   • Left-handed

7. Button Sign in with Cintoo allows to connect to a Cintoo Account.
   
   • Click Sign in with Cintoo. A page will open in browser to sign in to Cintoo account. 
     Enter Cintoo login credentials to sign in.   
   • In the Authorize application dialogue, click Allow. If authorization is not allowed after one minute, a Login failed message will display in the app. Hover mouse cursor over the Login failed message, and click Retry Log in.

     
     

8. To quit Cintoo VR Experience press Quit application button at the top of the screen.
   

   Once successfully connected, Projects panel will display list of projects in the app.

   
   

9. To quit Cintoo VR Experience press Quit application button at the top of the screen.
