This guide explains how to upload data from Gexcel Heron mobile indoor devices, such as the Heron MS Twin Color and HERON Lite Color, to Cintoo Connect. To begin, you will use the Reconstructor software to generate the required file formats for Cintoo Cloud.
1. Install the "Export to Cintoo Cloud" Application
Before you begin, ensure that you download and install the "Export to Cintoo Cloud" application within Reconstructor. The link is provided at the end of this document.
2. Open Your Project
Launch the Reconstructor software and open the project that contains the data you wish to upload.
3. Access the Cintoo Cloud Export Tool
Navigate to the toolbar within Reconstructor and select the Cintoo Cloud Export option.
4. Select the Project for Export
Once the export tool is open, choose the project you wish to export, then click OK.
5. Configure the Exporter
In the export settings:
- Set the Quality to High.
- Select either E57 or RCP project format, depending on your needs.
6. Complete the Export
Upon exporting, the following files will be generated:
- E57 file (for point cloud data)
- panorama.csv
- Panorama folder
7. Upload to Cintoo Connect
Once you have your exported files, follow the same process as you would for uploading a generic mobile scanner file.
