To use this functionality a user needs to have a Permission Share.

Follow the steps below to use the Share button in 3D View:

1. Enter Scan Mode and select a scan to use as the starting viewpoint.

2. Click on the Share icon on the right side of the central toolbar. 

3. Here set various parameters before generating the Sharing URL:
Note: for security reasons, it's recommended to use at least the Expiration Date for the URL
(in combination with Password Protect if applicable) as the links generated are not accessible for later management/editing/deletion, and are public once shared. 

• Require the user to be a member of this project or Work Zone will ensure the Sharing URL is only accessible by members who have been invited to the Cintoo project or have access to the specified Work Zone folder.
• Password Protect will require a password to open and view the Sharing URL 
• Set Expiration Date for URL will de-activate the Sharing URL on the specified date
• Checkboxes allow to choose to share or not specific items by their type
• Include Your Company Logo allows to add a JPEG or PNG branding image to the Sharing URL

4. A green pop-up window appears on the bottom right of the screen. Click on View to have the link opened in a new browser tab. Click on Copy link to save the link to share in any convenient way.
