Change the Project Owner of a Cintoo Project

This article explains how to transfer ownership of a Cintoo project from one Cintoo Project Manager to another.

By default, the Cintoo Project Manager who originally created the project will be listed as the "Project Owner" at the top of the project Members tab:

Only the Cintoo acount owner / co-administrators can transfer project ownership to another Cintoo Project Manager:

To transfer project ownership as a Cintoo administrator:

1. Navigate to the Administration > Subscriptions page:

2. Hover your mouse cursor over the project listed under "Projects," and click "Edit Project Detals":

3. In the "Edit project" window, click the drop-down menu under "Owner," and select a Cintoo Project Manager from the list.

Only members who have been invited as Project Managers under the Cintoo account will be displayed in the "Owner" drop-down menu. For more information about assiging Project Managers, see this article: Setting Project Managers

4. Click "Update" to transfer project ownership to the selected Cintoo Project Manager.
